Authentic Japanese Creative (Sosaku) Kokeshi Doll
This charming vintage Kokeshi doll is a wonderful example of Japanese folk art. Unlike traditional kokeshi which follow strict regional patterns, this Sosaku (Creative) style doll features a unique, artistic expression with a modern aesthetic.
Condition Report: The doll is in very good vintage condition. There is minor surface wear consistent with age, specifically a few small scuffs on the black hair (please see photos for close-up details). The wood is solid with no cracks, and the colors remain vibrant.
