Excellent vintage condition. No damage, chips, crazing. This is from Fitz & Floyd's Calypso series. This vintage piece was introduced in 1988 and was produced until 1998.
As with all Fitz & Floyd pieces, it is handcrafted from high-quality earthenware and hand-painted. The pitcher is known for its vibrant, embossed design featuring a variety of tropical fruits, including yellow bananas, purple grapes, red apples, pineapple texture, watermelon, and a green leaf-shaped handle. It's often called a Majolica style. The pitcher typically holds 1.5 quarts (48 ounces or 6 cups). The item was made in Taiwan.
