Up for sale is a very rare antique 18th century hand turned brass oil lamp made in India.
the lamp is turned out of solid brass, has nice weight, and has acquired an exquisite patina from age.
the ribbed shaft mounts to a lovely circular base and features an oil reservoir at the top.
it also has a cobra head fixed to the side looking over the reservoir.
it's in nice antique condition and measures 11 inches tall by 3 1/2 inches wide.
has normal ware from age and some thick residue as seen in last photo.
