The design is clear and understated, with a clear attention to material, form, and finish. The ceramic base is finished with a glaze in shades of gray-brown and beige. The color transitions are even and subtle, giving the lamp a balanced appearance. The compact and carefully constructed shape makes the lamp ideal for placing on a dresser, side table, or desk. The lamp features a fabric lampshade in a classic Scandinavian style with delicate gold-colored pleats. We have replaced this shade and it complements the lamp's original character. The original on/off switch has been retained. The electrical system has been checked and is functioning properly. The lamp is in good vintage condition and can be used immediately.
