The upholstery has recently … Read more Danish daybed model fd 451 by peter hvidt and orla mølgaard nielsen france and søn, 1956. The upholstery has recently been restored: ecru bouclé fabric from the alma range by the french company casamance. The mattress and spring cushions are original but have been fully restored. To ensure greater comfort, high-resilience foam and wadding have been added: preserving the original while enhancing it. The mattress and cushions have removable covers with zippers and are machine washable at 30°c. Stamped with the manufacturer's logo. Solid teak frame and caning in very good condition. Ingenious conversion system: the armrests tilt thanks to a brass button that releases a sliding bar. This allows it to be used as a daybed or a guest bed. The set is in excellent vintage condition. L: 162 cm h: 75 cm seat height 43 cm. D: 80 cm. Length when unfolded 220 cm. See less
