18th century walnut Directoire enfilade from France.
The top is made from the most gorgeous matched grain planks, and banded as well to prevent shrinkage over the years. The top follows down to simple paneled sides, which are also made from richly grained walnut. The front of the case is a show stopper! There are three drawers over four doors, all with interesting graining for added design interest. The feet in the back are simple for easy placement against a wall and blocked feet in the front for added depth to the design. The doors open to reveal shelving.
This piece will be the focal point in any room in which it is placed.
