The background of the tray is black with gold embellishments and the pattern is floral with pastel roses, daisies, lilies of the valley, irises and lilacs and green leaves. The tray was made by Pilgrim Art in New York City for the department store B Altman & Co, formerly located on Fifth Avenue in New York City. The pattern is no. 152. The tray measures 29 1/2" by 23 1/2" and comes with a folding stand so that it may be used for a coffee or side table or for serving. The stand is 18 1/2" high and is painted black. See less
