A delightful ellipsoidal majolica plaque, entirely hand-decorated with brush-tipped floral decorations surrounding a terracotta insert depicting a pair of kissing angels in bas-relief. The enameled plaque features delicate craquelure across the entire surface. Made and signed in relief on the back by the Val Demone factory, located in Santo Stefano di Camastra, Sicily.
