A pair of wall sconces combining mirrors and candle holders, crafted in gilt bronze in the neoclassical style. Each sconce is distinguished by its richly ornamented frame featuring scrolls, foliage, and finely chiseled floral motifs.
The circular, beveled mirror, positioned at the top, is surmounted by a royal crown with a fleur-de-lis. This mirror is framed by a frieze of fleur-de-lis alternating with helmets and the monogram "F" for France.
Below the mirror, a central relief motif depicting a helmet accompanied by two scepters (a royal fleur-de-lis and a hand of justice) serves as the base for three light arms, each terminating in a candle holder, highlighting the object's dual function: reflection and illumination. The ensemble combines utility and splendor, typical of 19th-century wall decorations.
These wall sconces are ideal for enhancing an entryway, living room, or hallway, adding a touch of historical refinement and a warm ambiance with their candlelight.
