Cosmic view, an installation for singer laren, explored the transformation from surface to volume, blending logic with the organic beauty of natural forms. Particle is one-third of tori, an object originally created as part of this installation. Crafted from precisely cut aluminum, each element is hand-bent to perfection and assembled with fine bolts, creating a refined structural detail. Tori fragments its surroundings into an abstract collection of reflections, transforming space into shifting planes of color and light. Sustainability plays a vital role in martens & visser’s work. The studio works with materials by applying them in a pure way, without unnecessary additions. This approach gives seemingly simple materials a new, timeless value. Their work embodies a natural authenticity, allowing materials to reveal their true essence.
