Its … Read more This extra-high teak wall unit with an expository shelf was designed by poul cadovius for cado in the 1960s. Its simple form provides elegance as well as very practical display and storage space. Great carpentry and versatility have been key features of cadovius units. They are extremely well built and are still in perfect shape after 60 or more years of usage.

overall set size is h: 243 / w: 164 / d: 40 cm.

this set is fully modular. All elements are 80 cm wide and can be arranged as needed. Hung, lower, higher, and interchanged. Perfect for the living room, bedroom, an office, or a lobby. Its height is very rare. Most of the cadovius units were 200 cm h, or shorter. This one was probably designed for larger interiors.

the expository shelf hanging on decorative solid teak rails can give you a space to highlight your favorite lp vinyl record, posters or other piece of art. The sliding door cabinets feature additional shelves to help you organize the inner space. The engraving “made in denmark” on the shelves validates its scandinavian origin.

the wall unit has been checked and rejuvenated by our team. We have ensured all components fit together well. The wood has been cleaned with professional compounds and finished with a few layers of danish oil to add protection and enhance the grain.
