Colonial 2-seater sofa, model ow149-2, designed by ole wanscher and produced by p. Jeppesen around 1960. Made in rosewood with woven seat and loose cushions. Ole wanscher was a central figure in danish furniture design, known for his refined, classic-inspired forms. P. Jeppesen served as his primary manufacturer for decades, executing wanscher’s designs with exceptional craftsmanship. The colonial series is among his most iconic works. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
