Dimensions: Height x Width x Depth 155 x 100 x 36 cm. For sale is an original antique/very rustic Almerschrank (a type of bread cabinet) dating from around 1840. This beautiful, original, and very rustic Almerschrank dates from the late 18th century and is a true gem of Alpine craftsmanship. Made of solid spruce wood, the cabinet impresses with its robust, raw construction and authentic, rustic charm. Typical of the Alpine style, the cabinet is characterized by its clean lines and simple form, which are enhanced by artistic hand carvings and delicate decorative moldings. The wood surface is in original, rustic, and clean condition. Numerous inactive wormholes are visible – a characteristic feature of the rustic surface – see photos. Inside the cabinet, four spacious shelves (more are available upon request) offer ample storage space for your treasures. The original keys and fittings are well-preserved and attest to the high craftsmanship of this piece of furniture. This bread cupboard has one door on the right, supported by visible hinges, and five practical drawers on the left, operated by wooden knobs.
