Sailing Along is the title, and the signature artist is Leslie Schultz, an oil painting on panel of plastic of some sort, such as resin. The painting depicts Balboa Island in Newport Beach, California. A charming community in Southern California, known for stunning view of harbor white sailboats, palm trees, attractive waterfront homes, and relaxed atmosphere. Simple original wood frame. It appears to be in excellent condition. Will be updated with verso and the title card. The signature of artist is on the very low end of right side.
