This listing is for an early 18th century English portrait of a lady in blue.
This is a wonderful example of early Georgian portraiture. The lady stands with rosy red cheeks and long flowing hair.
The painting is believed to be the work of Enoch Seeman (1689-1745), and is thus attributed to him.
