Eero Saarinen for Knoll International Mid-Century Dining Table, 137cm round top. Crafted with a glossy metallic finish and heavy molded cast aluminum pedestal base, inspired by Bauhaus functionalism and organic forms. Design by Finnish-American Saarinen, produced by Knoll in the USA during the 1950s. Features MoMA Organic Design first prize (1940 with Charles Eames) and AIA Gold Medal (1962 posthumously).
