Basket is in nice vintage condition, it is made of maple wood and is hand woven. Made in Ohio during the 1980s. This basket would like nice as part of an entryway table scene, with flowers or other items. Its vintage appears genuine as it is over 40 years old. The wood is in great shape, it is not brittle or warped, the handle is slightly misshaped due to age. The wood has a beautiful worn and aged look, perfect for decorating.
