The heirloom quality of Ethan Allen makes this server a piece that will last for generations. It is designed to be used as a sideboard in a dining room, but it could also be used as a bar cabinet or as a storage console in an entry way.

The server is Ethan Allen item #26-63150 with finish 236 (Fruitwood, an aged medium-brown stain). The solid wood (possibly birch) cabinet has a single dovetail jointed drawer above 2 raised panel doors that open to reveal a spacious storage space with a single adjustable shelf. The shaped top flips open to offer a larger serving area lined with protective laminate surface. Charming French country details abound, including ornate bronze hardware, fluted panel between the doors, scalloped apron with central carved shell motif, and curvacious cabriole legs. The server is signed Ethan Allen inside the drawer as well as on the back, and it is dated 1989.

This late 20th century server is in exceptional condition and showcases the fine quality of vintage American made Ethan Allen. The cabinet is solid as a rock, heavy, and sturdy. The flip top, drawer, and doors function perfectly. The wood finish is very clean, intentionally distressed for a rustic European look. Any minor scratches or dings blend in with the rustic aesthetic. Some staining on the inside of the cabinet. Please see photos for more details about the condition of the server.

The server measures 39.75" wide, 18.5" deep, and 33.75" tall. When the top is expanded, it is 55.5" wide. See less
