Cleaned, well-wired and ready to use. Each fixture requires 2 x e14 small bulbs (up to 40 w for each). Light bulbs are not included. It is possible to install this fixture in all countries (us, uk, europe, asia, australia). This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
