A looped crown of barbed wire encircles the head, reinforcing the crucifixion imagery while giving the piece a stark, outsider-art presence. The surface shows natural darkened patina, heat marks, and oxidation consistent with hand-worked steel.

The construction is intentionally raw. Welds, bends, and tool marks remain visible, with no attempt to refine or polish the form. Small flattened tabs at the hands and feet allow the figure to be mounted directly to a wall or backing surface. The piece can also be leaned or staged as a sculptural object.
