Made in Scotland in September 1928, reference number y6153113, model 15k. Singer sewing machine with Egyptian-inspired sphinx decoration.
This sewing machine is sold in its original condition, reflecting its age with signs of wear and tear, but it is in working order.
This treadle-operated machine has its own light, two sliding drawers, a central three-compartment drop-down drawer with flaps, a spoked handwheel, and an extension shelf. It is made of wrought iron and wood. It comes with an original Singer sewing machine mat, seven bobbins, six needles, and its oil can.
