This is a vintage W.R. Dallas “Texas Spoke Wheel” design sofa.
W.R.Dallas originally started in 1929 in San Antonio, Texas. They began making hand-crafted furniture out of ponderosa pine. The sweeping wave ends and knotty texture are what set them apart from all other ranch furniture. It has magazine holder on one side and pinned fold-down armrest on other side. It has handsome slat back. The sofa has original black leather cushions with their signature side braided seams.
The braided webbing tied to frame is all new.
The leather has been deep cleaned, conditioned and shined.
Their brand is burned into the wood.
With pinned armrest down, length of sofa goes from 96”-86”.
