Matte black geometric limited-edition Yixing “purple clay” lidded teapot, designed by Gerald Gulotta and made by Shi Xiaoma in collaboration with the Violet Sand Factory, 1985. This design is part of the permanent collections of the Victoria and Albert Museum, London, and the Smithsonian Design Museum.
