The handpainted “Limoges” small creamer was made in 1882 & signed by the artist H.E.B. The “Finger” handle was done by “Limoges Co.” doing the late 1880’s period.
The flower is a white clover: French name is trefle blanc.
The finger handle or raw split was design with curves that allow a comfortable grip with just a few fingers.
There is a very tiny chip on bottom of creamer.
