Heavy abrashes across the main field as well as change in dye lots. Corner spandrel overlays constituted by floral spray design motif and ribboned meandering vine in cloud band contour. Colors and shades include: Pale cherry red, beige, sand, black cherry red, faded raspberry red, oxidized silver, dusty faded teal, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One end measures 2'5 whereas the opposing measures 2'7. This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type, age, and size. Multiple repairs with varying degrees of expertise. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side.
