In the bottom portion of the main field are pictorial cartouches bearing fish in motion. Colors and shades include: Dusty sky blue, ivory, beige, sand, cochineal red, chocolate brown, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One end measures 4'2 whereas the opposing measures 4'4. This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type, age, and size.
