Gilbert Baker, Hand Painted 8-Stripe Flag . This is an original hand painted and signed rainbow flag acrylic on canvas by Gilbert Baker (1951 – 2017). Baker was an American artist, designer, and activist, best known as the creator of the rainbow flag. The painting comes with the miniature easel, business card and celo envelope as purchased directly from the artist. This is the original 8 stripe composition as opposed to the well-known 6-stripe Rainbow Pride Flag.
