The craftsmanship and the artist's expressions on the horse are particularly noteworthy: everything suggests a stylistic pursuit of stylization and an almost childlike quality, as if representing a three-dimensional design.

Later restoration with improvement of the original solid color.

The structural condition is excellent, with very slight signs of wear covering the surface, evidence of the original decorative technique.

A highly authentic piece. The technique used and the signs of wear prior to restoration suggest an age of at least 100-130 years.
