One vessel features a lively cockerel, hen and rustic farm elements, while the other depicts a charming aviary landscape with songbirds, butterflies, and woodland foliage.

both jardinieres are crafted in high-quality hard-paste berlin porcelain, with hand-painted enamel decoration and a crisp blue line around the rim. The undersides show simplified underglaze blue strokes, consistent with early 19th-century berlin porcelain workshop marks used on utilitarian shapes. These marks also appear on documented early-period pieces from the königliche porzellan-manufaktur berlin (kpm), though the simplified form prevents definitive attribution.
