Original hand-carved solid oak sculptures of lions. The pair is dated anno 1723. This wonderful pair of 18th Century Dutch Colonial sculptures of lions, over 300 years old is in very good condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. We believe that this pair of sculptures came out of a merchants house in Amsterdam and they were situated behind glass above the front door. A real eye-catcher in your home or office. See less
