Hard to properly catch the quality of the work in a picture, but wait till you see it.
I think it is inspired by pig decanters from the 1600s/1700s and probably by very old humorous glass pieces, like the Roman glass jug with a tiny jug of the same shape sitting on the inside (joke jug) from the 4th century. By the way, it was also made in Switzerland. Such objects demonstrated the blower's skills and so does this wonderful pig. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
