This is a cut crystal syrup pitcher with a silver metal top that does not come off. The top has … Read more This is a cut crystal syrup pitcher with a silver metal top that does not come off. The top has a lid that opens and a spout in the shape of a lions head. The lid has an attached handle. I do not have a makers name or age for this item, but it is quite unique. The silver top and handle are not marked and show some signs of wear and tarnish. I would guess that are likley silver plated. The pitcher is square or diamond shaped. This set is not microwave or dishwasher safe.

The pitcher meaures 2.25 inches across the bottom of each side. The top is 1.25 inches across. The pitcher is 4.25 inches tall to the rim of the lid and 5.75 inches tall to the top of the lid.

I have not tried to clean the metal part yet because it has a very nice patina and I do not want to ruin that. I’d prefer it be a little tarnished, but have that great shine and golden hue.
There are no chips, cracks, or other damage. The inside clean with no damage or residue. See less
