This is a Leonard plate in cream with a slightly darker cream color rim with gold trim. It has, I … Read more This is a Leonard plate in cream with a slightly darker cream color rim with gold trim. It has, I believe, hand painted blue flowers and green leaves with a raised gold outline. The outer rim is a very detailed design that is more of a slightly darker cream color with gold trim. There is something written on the back-it may be the painters initials and a date the plate was made.

The plate measures 8.50 to 9.00 inches wide depending on where you measure.

The plate has no chips, cracks, crazing, or other damage. There is some small spots of wear on t he high points, but nothing broken or damaged. I do not have a pattern name or age for this, although the mark is supposed to be dated from the late 1800s. See less
