Both pieces are signed and dated 1982 and 1984, though the artist signatures are not fully legible.

Each paperweight has an oval, egg-like form and displays layered internal decoration beneath a rich iridescent surface. Flowing white internal elements appear suspended within deep, dark glass, with luminous color shifts in blue, green, gold, and purple that change dramatically with the light.
