Designed by Dansk chief designer Jens Quistgaard, this pan was made in France in the 1960s as shown on maker's stamp on bottom. Mid-century modern Dansk cookware is internationally known for its sculptural and functional design. With clean lines, bold colors, and stylish forms. Features include distinctive three-part curved end handles pinpoint welded to reduce heat and four stem lid handles that function as trivets. Danish sculptor and craftsman Jens Quistgaard was the line’s chief designer. Dansk Kobenstyle is collected by major museums, and Quistgaard’s industrial design work and sculptures have won several international awards. See less
