Similar to the more common but still fairly rare egg shaped cordial liqueur set, but in a more elegant, fancier shaped form, embellished with a substantial hand blown glass finale.

Featuring a hand painted glass finish showcasing a light rose ground accented with an array of coralene decorations including a bird and fiolate motif. Coralene was an exotic technique of creating raised decorations made by firing many small colored glass beads on the outside of glassware.

Having a hinged top lid which opens to reveal an interior fitted with a raised circular patinated metal platform holding a centralized decanter (bottle with stopper), surrounded by six small glasses.

Presents splendidly. Having nicely aged patina and rich antique character. Overall in good condition, original, with expected signs of use and age, including some wear to the painted glass finish, minor loss of beaded decoration, brass hardware with patina, some residue within, one small glass being a later replacement with a crack. The others all with no chips, cracks or damage. The glasses and decanter marked underfoot: Made in Czechoslovakia
