The edges are finished with thin brass tubes, which add brightness and a touch of luxury typical of the 1950s and 1960s.
The interior is lined with a burgundy red fabric, which creates a strong colour contrast with the exterior and enhances the objects stored inside.
A distinctive feature of this coat rack is that it has two folding doors with brass uprights. One features an exotic lacquered design, the other a mirror. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
