Contemporary minimalist coffee table by Lichen NYC, a Queens-based design studio known for producing small-batch, thoughtfully constructed furniture. This piece is the V1.5 Coffee Table in the discontinued Earth colorway.
Crafted from Baltic birch plywood, the table highlights the natural beauty of the material—subtle grain variation, warm tone, and the honest character that comes with studio-made work. As with all Baltic birch, each piece is unique and may show slight natural variations inherent to the wood.
The design is clean and architectural, with a low profile and strong horizontal lines that work equally well in minimalist, modern, or curated interiors. Lichen NYC produces furniture in limited runs, making this a harder-to-find piece now that the model and finish have been discontinued.
Purchased directly from Lichen NYC and delivered locally from their Queens, New York studio.
