These three dishes are part of a nine-piece serving tray or a nine-compartment serving tray. There should be four such pieces located at the four corners of the tray. Nine is considered the largest number in traditional Chinese culture; the theme flower is called "Baoxiang", which comes from a Buddhist symbol, and bats symbolize "Fu" or happiness.
Age: Mid to late 19th century.
