The sculpting is expressive and slightly asymmetrical, characteristic of early 20th century hand‑molded export ware. The enamels show a beautiful, authentic patina from age, giving the piece depth and presence without compromising condition.

The lid sits with the gentle looseness typical of pre‑war production, and the underside shows significant scuffing and wear on the feet and base, consistent with 1930s mineral‑based enamels and older kiln techniques.
