The bronze is titled "She's Snoring," referring to the sound of the spinning top, and is signed C. Anfrie.
Charles Anfrie (1833-1905) was a French sculptor renowned for his numerous bronze sculptures on a variety of themes: young women or children, military subjects, etc.
