It features a sturdy construction with richly figured burr walnut and contrasting ebonised detailing. Whilst exemplifying the bold design and craftsmanship of the late 19th century, it can be used floor standing, wall hung or as an overmantle mirror.

Condition
Very good antique condition overall, showing expected signs of age including minor historic knocks, marks, wear, and imperfections consistent with functional period furniture. The mirrored glass is in good condition with light to medium oxidation that creates an attractive speckled sparkle, along with other age-related imperfections that add character. No woodworm.
