Brass and Oak Table Lamp Attributed to Bergboms
Sweden, circa 1950s
Brass and oak table lamp with glass diffuser, attributed to Bergboms. Brass shade with textured glass top and brass finial. Brass base with embedded switch. Takes two standard bulbs.
Bergboms was a Swedish modernist lighting manufacturer established in 1940, known for sleek designs in brass, steel, ceramic, and glass.
Oak post restored to reveal original grain. Brass shows light age marks. Glass in excellent condition. Original wiring and plug included; price includes rewiring for US use.
