The door is constructed of old cherry and the case complements the door, made of rich golden pine. This tall, narrow cabinet offers a lot of closed storage without taking a up large footprint in your space. The door closes and locks with an original key that has a large dark green tassel attached. The wood overall is rustic and distressed from over a century of use. Because of the mixed woods, it is likely that the cherry door was repurposed at some point in time and a woodworker made the reclaimed pine casework to attach the door.
