Nicely fitted with solid brass trim, high quality including the thick top ring. There are no visible markings other than the number 40 is stamped into the edge of the shade. Impressive and remains in very good shape, glass is near mint, brass ring shows some moderate wear, fixture looks and works great. Note there is no ceiling plate nor mounting hardware, sturdy brass plated chain included. Please see photos, condition report and send any questions you may have. Thanks.

Outside diameter is 21.5", inside diameter about 19.5". 18" tall to top of ring, glass itself is about 10" tall. Roughly 18" of chain, about 36" vertical drop. Weighs about 17 pounds. 300 watt capacity.

Very good condition: looks and works great! Shade is excellent, no cracks, no chips, the ribs are smooth, feel no flea bites or roughness. Glass has no damage, clean appearance but has not had a detailed cleaning. The top brass hardware looks quite nice, solid and generally clean. There are mild, contained 'stress cracks' on some of the corners of the top brass bell (see last photo); mild tarnishing, light signs of age. The brass plate inside the fixture is rather nice, has light patina but no wear, no pitting; socket also clean. The brass trim ring around the edge does show moderate scratching and surface scuffs mostly on the bottom side. Generally free of tarnishing but shows signs of handling-see close ups. The wiring is clean and ready to go, designed to be hardwired of course, simply ran a temporary cord to demonstrate. No ceiling plate or mounting hardware included, but this fixture is solid and ready to hang. Please see photos for the best description and send any questions. See less
