Pair of Chinese bird-and-flower paintings, ink and color on silk. One depicts sparrows perched among bamboo; the other, birds on flowering branches with bamboo below. Each signed 依仁 (Yiren) with red artist's seals; they bear a cyclical wu-year date inscription. A square scholar's leisure seal appears in the lower corner of each painting.
Presented in vintage dark wood frames with parcel-gilt corners, under glass with silk mats. Backs retain paper dust covers, wire hangers, and labels from Poor Mans Frame Shop Inc., Atlanta, GA — the pair has likely been in the Atlanta area for decades.
Paintings mid-20th century, China; framing circa 1970s–80s.
Sold as matching pair.
