On the Design:

In this piece, beige, cream, and orange tones underscore bold, large-scale floral patterns in the field and border alike—a rich, warm palette that recaptures the elegant, feminine look of an Oushak in a fresh new fashion. The design favors spaciousness, allowing the creamy field to breathe around the central medallion and oversized floral sprays, which bloom in soft terracotta and beige-brown.

Some of the floral patterns in particular are inspired by the "crab" palmette style, known to grace a few different provenances but particularly whimsical to see in the Oushak style, as the Oushaks were often an eclectic combination of regal-yet-informal design elements that made them so unique.
