The frame of the chair is made from oak, which is rarely used in Riddle’s mid-century work as he had his own walnut tree farm. It swivels and has an adjustable knob to control the rocking. The chrome metal base originally sat on casters that are missing. A unique, comfortable and timeless chair that would look great in any office. See less

- This piece is in well used vintage condition. The chrome base is missing the casters. There is also scratches, scuffs, … moreThis piece is in well used vintage condition. The chrome base is missing the casters. There is also scratches, scuffs, marks, light pitting, and oxidation throughout. The frame of the chair has fading, discoloration, scratches, scuffs, marks, and wear throughout but is structurally sound and could be used as is. The cushions could be used as is, but the foam is pretty flat and the fabric is starting to dry out so we’d recommend reupholstery. The spring supports are all intact and function as they should. There is a makers mark in the back bottom of the chair. Please see photos for full condition details. less
