Authentic postmodern table lamp by Van Teal, featuring a sculptural stacked etched lucite (acrylic) base with organic patterning. A strong example of Van Teal’s late-20th-century American modern design, balancing architectural form with decorative surface detail.
The lucite displays crisp edges, clear transparency, and etched detailing throughout. Signed “Van Teal” at the lower tier of the base, consistent with known examples from this period. Finished with original metal hardware and standard socket.
