Produced by Fog & Mørup, this lamp is renowned for its sharp, clean lines and geometric trumpet shape, which was a reaction against the "cozy" soft shapes dominating Danish design at the time. This specific example is the 38 cm diameter version, finished in a vibrant, glossy red lacquer. The shade is formed from a single piece of spun aluminum, creating a seamless and elegant silhouette. The white-painted interior ensures a crisp, downward-directed light, making it an ideal choice for hanging over a dining table or kitchen island. A true classic of 20th-century design. Please note: This vintage piece has a dent on the outer circular rim, consistent with its age and history. Condition Report: The lamp is in good vintage condition overall.
